Welcome to Physical Education. Your child has physical education one or two days per week. It is very important that they are prepared for class. Remember, preparation includes a complete change of clothes (shorts, sweatpants, t-shirt) and a pair of sneakers. Please help to make physical fitness a priority in your child's life. The Surgeon General recommends 30-60 minutes of exercise most days of the week. Thank you for your help.
